Conditions of participation
The organizer states that each participant is fully responsible for herself/himself and her/his actions inside and outside the event. This is especially true for physical exercises which are carried out individually, with partners or in a group. The participant agrees that she/he is in a sufficiently healthy and physically resilient state in order to participate in the event. The course instructors have to be informed about existing injuries or limitation before the course starts to make sure special needs can be taken into account. During class, each participant executes the positions/flows as described by the instructors, without overstepping his/her limits. If needed, variations of different positions are shown for various levels. Each participant is responsible for damage caused by herself/himself and exempts the organizer of liability claims.

Registration, registration confirmation, validity
With a completed registration form, you confirm that you agree to our General Terms and Conditions. Course fees and payments vary according to the event. The registration is binding after receiving the confirmation mail; for more information see section “Withdrawal, cancellation”.

Postponement, event cancellation, disclaimer
www.giedreyoga.ch reserves the right to cancel, postpone or relocate an announced or current event for organizational or commercial reasons. In case of a change/shift you will be informed immediately, if you do not agree with the alternate date, your payment can be refunded until the stated in the event description on www.giedreyoga.ch or an alternative solution will be found. Privately purchased transportation tickets for arrival and departure cannot be refunded in any case.

Withdrawal, cancellation
After receiving the confirmation e-mail, total costs can be refunded only until the date listed in the event description on www.giedreyoga.ch. If you cancel after the date listed in the event description on www.giedreyoga.ch, no refund will be possible unless you provide a substitute participant. If you terminate while the retreat is running it is the organizers› right to keep the whole amount of your retreat costs.

Covid-19 Policy
In case the retreat needs to be cancelled due to federal or cantonal rules and regulations, all participants will receive their money back. If a student is unable to attend the retreat due to quarantine restrictions or a positive Covid-19 test, retreat costs should be covered by your travel insurance.
