About Me

Born in Vilnius, Lithuania and travelled the world with a diplomat father and healthcare industry executive mother, I am now living in and loving Switzerland. As a naturally curious, driven, pragmatic and results oriented person, I have always been attracted to an active lifestyle and activities with infinite possibilities for development. I have found my happy place in the mountains and have developed into an avid hiker and wildness explorer.

While building my career as a commercial executive in the pharmaceutical industry over the last 12 years, I have slowly grown my love for and connection with yoga. Initially as a coping mechanism for the stresses of work, this love culminated with a transformative decision to participate in a yoga teacher training in Greece that not only took my personal practice to new heights, but also opened my eyes to a new goal of sharing peace, gratitude, and appreciation of the present moment with people, especially those in the corporate world, like me.

Heavily influenced by these experiences, my teaching style and practice focuses on strong, deep movements to develop clarity and stillness of the mind. Yoga is much more than a workout. My classes are designed to be accessible but challenging enough to grow courage, comfort and powerful realization that “failing” is only an opportunity to learn and grow and helping my students take this experience off the mat into their daily life!
